Bring: a yoga mat, The BackStrap -If you don’t have one a few demo BackStraps will be available to use – First Come, First serve.
What to Expect:
Tracy will lead the class through proper form, discuss muscle targeted and release techniques of the pelvis, lower back, mid back and neck, shoulder, hip and foot stretches on the mat and chair. Followed by beginning core strengthening exercises on the mat and chair.
