Use these exercises as warm-up stretches before you Play and as Maintainance through the week to stay limber.

Hip and Lower Back Stretch

Hug both knees

Extend your leg over The BackStrap® while pushing your knee down with toes back.

Hold Each Position 10 sec.

Trunk Stretches to Improve Flexibility

Do all the movements below with either the Blue or Orange Physio-Balls Placed under your back as shown.
